“Yoko Poco Ma Yoko” (Eng title: “How To Translate a Miracle”)
is a 20-minute film about the misadventures of Yoko, a Japanese tourist lost in a fictional 90s Palermo (Sicily).
A surrealistic tragicomedy told through 10 connected vignettes, set in a world peppered with folkloric oddities and colourful characters, where the boundaries between cultures, reality, and fantasy blur.
